My Counseling Practice
I am here to offer effective outpatient, individualized care for your emotional well-being. In counseling, we open wounds that have been bandaged up for months or even years. Opening up these wounds causes us to feel vulnerable, which is why it is important to me that my clients have a safe place to work through these difficult times.
Treatment Focus
I work with adolescents, adults, and parents that come into my office feeling as if they are barely getting by. The day to day tasks become too much, the emotions become too intense, and thoughts race out of control. The goal in treatment is to use a variety of therapeutic approaches that will help my clients find the calm and joy in their lives again.
